Skimdevil Pure: Pre-Order Update #5
Happy Friday!
Just a quick update for everyone. We’re still hard at work here in a very hot Florida, finalizing the Skimdevil Pure. We’re soooo close to a final product—it’s almost there!
We’ve been by the pool every day putting the Pure through its paces. It’s important to us that our robot perform efficiently, effectively, and consistently before it ever leaves our test pools; we do not want to ship out a product that doesn’t work as promised. We’ve crossed a few big hurdles (yay!) as we’ve been testing both the firmware and the hardware of our robot. We’re also actively testing the iPhone app in coordination with the robot.
Our team has found a few inventive solutions that will optimize the performance of our Pure so it leaves your pool sparkling clean. We still have a few more issues to work out, but we’re confident in the ability of our talented team to work together to solve them.
As mentioned before, we’ll be doing some field testing with a few of our Pure robots. We have been reaching out to a few of you about this and will be sending more information about that process next week. Thanks for the help!
