Skimdevil Pure: Pre-Order Update 2

Hi everyone,

As promised, we wanted to give you another update on our Skimdevil Pure production and shipping schedule.

The good news is, we think that we have a final robot “brain” completed. This part has been put into production and should arrive the second week of June. We’re hoping that no other changes will be needed once we receive it and test the functionality. If not, we’re afraid there may be another short delay.

If this robot “brain” is correct, we still need about 2-3 weeks of testing to make sure that the Pure is ready to skim and syncs with our new app. The app and the robot cannot operate without the other; they are tied together. In the meantime, we’ve been hard at work assembling the entirety of the Pure—save for this final component—and they are ready to go. So, after testing, final app development, and a final review, the Pure will be quickly packaged and shipped out to your pools. With this most recent update, we’re hoping to ship the Pure near the end of June/first week of July.

Again, we sincerely apologize for this delay and know that some of you have been waiting since March for your Skimdevil Pure. The pre-order price will still be available until the Pure starts shipping.
